Under the hood, in plain words
Fast, punctuated, forgotten.
Release the key and the words land about a second later, at any dictation length, already punctuated and capitalized. A cleanup pass, on by default, goes further: it drops the “um”s and applies mid-sentence corrections (“send it Tuesday, no, Wednesday” keeps only what you meant). Nothing you say is ever stored. Every dictation runs through TypeMic’s own Predator engine, audio in, text out, nothing kept, engineered in Rust, privacy by design. The privacy page spells out exactly what goes where.
