A round TypeMic mic floats over any app the moment you tap into a text field. Tap it, speak, tap again, and your words land at the cursor, cleaned up. The same account and the same Predator engine as the desktop app, in early access. Dictations are processed, never stored.

• Installed outside Google Play, for now. Android asks once to allow installs from your browser; that is normal for any app that does not come from the store. The Google Play listing is in review. When it is live, install from there and this file retires.
• One extra tap on Android 13 and newer. Apps installed outside the store are kept out of Accessibility settings until you allow it once: App info, the three dots, Allow restricted settings. TypeMic opens that page for you and carries on by itself when you come back.
• Updates. Interface and logic updates arrive inside the app on their own. A fresh download is needed only when the app itself changes; new versions are announced here, and the Play listing will update like any other app.
• Why Accessibility. Placing your words at the cursor of another app is exactly what Android's accessibility service exists for. TypeMic reads only the field you are typing in, keeps nothing, and asks before it is switched on.

The floating mic, a guided setup, and your account in the app: sign in with Google, see time saved against typing, your dictation speed and your streak, share your referral link, and manage a Pro subscription. Dictation runs through our own Predator engine on Cloudflare’s global infrastructure; audio is processed and immediately discarded.
